What is your turnaround time?

24 Hours. In exceptionally busy periods, we may get your photos and media to you a few hours later: next business evening, 11:59pm. So if you order on Tuesday, you will receive things by Wednesday night at the latest.

Where is Spotlight Media Located?

We are located in Chilliwack, BC. We serve Realtors and other clients from Langley to Hope. For work outside of this area, please contact us.

How do I order?

What is the ideal amount of photos to post/how many should I purchase?

We couldn’t find specific data on this in the Fraser Valley. However, in a similar competitive and high priced market in North America, homes that had between 20-40 photos sold best. Our photo packages fall within this range.

Do you do media projects other than Real Estate?

For sure. Small Business promotions and work especially! That’s not to say we are capable of doing all types of jobs (there are a lot of different niches in the media world). But get in touch with us and we will happily discuss whether or not we can deliver what you need.

How do I receive my order?

We will send you a message with a direct link to your order. You can log in, pay your invoice, and view all your past orders in one spot.
